Intro to Aikido, April 2023

This is an introductory series of classes for beginners. We will cover the basics of Aikido practice: conditioning, falling, etiquette, and technique. There will also be a little history and philosophy mixed in. After completing the course, students will have the tools they need to join an "All Levels" class.

The course is four classes, held at 19:00 each Thursday evening in April 2023. The price is $50 for all four classes.
