Free Intro to Aikido Class. Outdoors & Covid-safe. Ship Canal Park. (198 Nickerson Ave. N)

Bring friends and family. Wear work-out clothing. All ages and abilities welcome. 

We will introduce you to the aikido stretching warm-up, breathing practice and the use of the wooden staff (jo.) Come prepared to learn something new and have fun.
