Intro to Aikido, April 2024 (Capitol Hill)

This is an introductory series of classes for beginners. We will cover the basics of Aikido practice: conditioning, falling, etiquette, and technique. There will also be a little history and philosophy mixed in. After completing the course, students will have the tools they need to join an "All Levels" class.

At the Capitol Hill location, the course is five classes, held at 19:30 each Tuesday evening in April 2024. The price is $50 for the course.
